Our team at Mariposa at Ellwood Shores was honored to be apart of a surprise celebrating resident Lieutenant Charles Dever's 105th birthday this past Sunday. He received over a hundred letters from current Air Force servicemen, thanking him for his WW2 service and dedication. We also unveiled a brand new bocce ball court in his name. We're honored to serve you every day, Lt Charles Dever.

To celebrate his birthday, Team V coordinated a special surprise ceremony with family members and community leaders to honor him.
Units from around base contributed over 60 birthday cards to honor Lt. Dever for his time in service. These were presented by Col. Mastalir along with a 30th Space Wing coin, an American Flag, and honorary The United States Space Force membership! 🚀🎖

The checks came from the Angel Tree Auction, a virtual event held by Lakeview on Dec. 14th to benefit Angels Anonymous and their work with the victims of the Echo Mountain Fire. The Angel Tree Auction raised $2,000.
