We have short-term doggy daycare here for you at Whiskers Barkery, so any time you’re downtown and end up in a place that isn’t as dog-friendly as you expected, we will give them a safe place to land for up to three hours.
We charge just $10 for the first hour and $5 for each additional full or partial hour, and you can drop in anytime during business hours, 9 AM-5:30 PM Monday-Saturday. It’s SO much better than leaving your pet unattended, especially in a vehicle!

Whiskers Barkery is heartbroken to announce the passing of our original and longtime dog trainer Katherine (Kathy) Morris. Kathy lost a short hard fought battle against bladder cancer. Kathy so enjoyed teaching people to train their pets. She taught with enthusiasm, friendliness and an extensive knowledgeable of canine behavior. Kathy came to Prescott to retire but lucky for us she decided to bring her Kam’s K9’s Dog Training to Whiskers Barkery. She loved living in Prescott with it’s Western Heritage and friendly people. Please think of her as you and your dogs hike the trails or stroll around the lakes or Courthouse plaza. We plan to celebrate her life in the late spring when we can all gather outdoors including her canine clients. As promised, her beloved min pins Jiminy & Trav are now cherished members of our family. Kathy will forever be in our hearts. 🐾
