Well we went from one long time customer today that had a horrible house fire to 4,000 sqft basement almost completely flooded and ruined from a broken spigot. We are fortunate to be able to help people and make a positive impact in people’s lives.

My dog had a stroke 6 months ago and we have had Whitehouse out probably close to 7 times to help us clean up after her accidents. They always have squeezed me in for these emergencies and have left my carpets gorgeous again. Yesterday we had to put our beloved Roxy to sleep. White House was able to fit me in today at the end if the day. Dave & Steven have come to know my dogs well and when they arrived they gave me their condolences and told me there would be no charge today. I cried in gratitude! I cannot express my thanks enough. Folks please trust professionals that are licensed and or certified in mold remediation. Spraying mold with anything is not the tried and proven way to get rid of it.

I had quite the project this past fall... lots of water, hidden water damage... not fun. But Roger and his team at White House Carpet Cleaning & Restoration made the clean up and repairs a lot easier to bear!! They were prompt, responsive, honest, fair and completed the project well within the proposed timeline. The repairs were beautiful and Roger kept me posted on their progress the entire time. I cannot say enough about their work and professionalism. Thank you WHCCR!! I highly recommend them!
When subcontractors are backed up you got to take care of your customer still. I got this installed for her and a faucet and sink. She was so happy to have her cooktop and kitchen sink back and not have to wait till next week.
