As we transition into the autumn months we intend to take the utmost advantage of our adored outdoor yoga dwelling while the weather still permits. The mornings have grown cooler so we have made a few adjustments for the time being...All 6AM and 8AM classes have been set to a max capacity of 3 students - this provides us the flexibility, and opportunity to move inside the studio if need be. It will be a game-time decision made between student and instructor if the class will be held in the tent or inside based on temperature. Limiting the size to 3 people ensures safe social distancing if the class does indeed move indoors. For any class labeled as inside on the schedule - please note - again class size will be maxed out to 3 students to provide adequate space between students. Masks are required to be worn for the duration of the class while inside. If you have any questions before booking your spot in a class, give us a call!

The Sankalpa workshop is back! Starting November 4th at 7:00PM for 4 consecutive weeks, Brianne Hovey will host this online series! Details: Yoga Nidra and Living Intentionally A 4-week course to learn about intention, what impact intentions have on your life, and to create intention for how you want to move forward into this next step or phase in life. - You will be guided through the practice of yoga Nidra to come into relaxation to fully integrate your intention in your life. - Guided conversation about Sankalpa/Intention and how life shifts with and without intention. - A few minutes of movement and pranayama to ultimately settle into savasana. - 30-35 minutes of Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep, no movement). - Finally, a few minutes of check-in and explanation of "homework for the week" Register online at https://www.whitelotustherapeutics.com/workshops or via mindbody or give us a call!
To those joining us for yoga - please note - the evening 7:00PM Yin classes are indeed still being held outside in the tent while the weather stays warm, unless stated otherwise. With that being said, the sun does go down right around the time of class which results in the tent cooling down a bit. We recommend coming prepared with cozy attire just in case you need it! Warm socks and a sweater or light jacket are great options :) See you on your mat!

Cleanliness is kindness & germs don't stand a chance here! Every room and all touch surfaces are still sanitized after / before each client and routinely throughout the day. Our cleaning protocols have not changed since day 1 of reopening. We continue to go above and beyond when keeping it clean for our visitors and staff - every time. No exceptions.

4 years ago today, White Lotus Therapeutics opened its doors - and what an amazing 4 years it has been!
