October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and everyone at White Properties is committed to doing their part in the fight to end breast cancer. For the entire month of October, every new customer that rents a self-storage unit, WP will donate $10 on their behalf plus $10 in matching funds to Wellspring.
Wellspring, a service of Winchester Medical Center, opened its doors in October 2006 with the purpose of supporting patients experiencing cancer and their families with the resources they need. Their services include: a private room for post-mastectomy prosthesis fittings, a full-service hair salon, yoga classes, and other supportive needs.
All proceeds raised from October 2020's campaign combined with last year's donation will go towards the purchase of a new pedicure chair for patients to relax while enjoying a pedicure.
