Beginning Monday, March 23rd for the protection of our clients and our staff, our office doors will be locked to the public. We are able to make transactions electronically and by telephone. A receipt can be issued by email or by telephone as well. In the event that you are only able to make a payment with cash, we ask that you call us ahead. Please put your payment in an envelope with your full name, policy number and phone number prior to delivering it to us. You will need to use exact change. If you have any policy questions, need to make a policy change, or need to file a claim, we ask that you please call us at (810) 969-4511. We also have a fax number available (810) 969-4375.
