We want to take the time to thank all of our customers. We appreciate how patient, supportive, and respectful you all have been to us and towards the outlines we must follow. We have returned to mostly normal hours starting this week. You can visit the office Monday-Friday 9-7 and Saturday's 9-4.
Good morning everyone! We will reopen on Friday, June 5th from 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-4:30. We are reopening under the guidance of the Governor, meaning we will be required to follow CDC guidelines. We are asking all customers to follow social distancing protocol and face masks will be required as long as the CDC says so. We will be cleaning counters, pin pads, pens, etc. in between customers and thoroughly cleaning the office every morning and evening before and after our customers enter the building. PLEASE be patient with us as we do not have all of the answers when it comes to Penndot at the moment. They have been closed longer than we have and have not provided us with any information. We will do our best to answer questions but expect an influx of phone calls, emails and office visits. We will help everyone to best of our abilities.
Our offices will be allowed to reopen once Chester County is moved to the "yellow phase" by Governor Wolf. At this time, we are not allowed to have customers in the building and we do not have access to Penndot's systems or to the Penndot building. We look forward to getting credentials back and assisting our patrons over the counter. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!

We are currently experiencing phone connectivity issues in the West Chester office. We are here! We are unable to receive faxes and we are only able to receive periodic phone calls. We are happy to announce that we have several of our Kennett Square employees that received negative Covid-19 test results. They will be open for shortened hours today from 9-5. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We hope to return to normal hours soon!
We regretfully will be closing our Kennett Square office immediately, hoping to return on Monday, December 28th. One of our employees informed us today of a positive Covid-19 test and we feel that it is in the best interest of our customers and other employees that we close that office until our other employees are rapid tested and come back with a negative result. Our other offices will remain open and will do our best to service your auto tags needs. December 24th we will be open from 9-2, closed Christmas Day and December 26th from 9-4. Please be patient and look for a post from us to confirm when we will be reopening. We wish you all a safe and happy holiday weekend.
