Kayden is the 10 yr old son of Patrick and Jennifer Silva who both are employed at Wighton’s. Kayden gets very good grades, is advanced in math being the first one in his class to graduate his multiplication tables, and also excels in reading. He is quite the athlete playing soccer, basketball, and recreational/club baseball. He has earned his way on to all-star teams in all 3 sports. “What GREAT SERVICE on one of, if not, the hottest days ever in Paso Robles! Must have been at least 116 degrees! My poor 91-year-old mother was sweltering inside her home without air conditioning. 1. "My store-bought CO detectors will keep my family safe from CO poisoning."
Wrong - Infants, children, elderly, or persons with respiratory or heart ailments are provided little or no protection from deadly CO with standard store-bought detectors.
2. "A larger heater will heat my house faster."
Wrong - According to the National Comfort Institute and California Utility Commission, if a heat load calculation or Title 24 is not performed prior to the recommendation to replace your existing heater it will most likely be less efficient, the life of the new furnace will be dramatically reduced and fail prematurely and be less comfortable.
3. "I was told my new gas heater wouldn’t require maintenance."

Start with 1.5 cups water and ¼ cup of activated sourdough starter. Next, add 3.5 cups flour and 1.5 tsp salt.
Let this sit covered overnight with a dish towel draped over the bowl. Once the dough has risen to about double in size, stretch, fold & shape the dough! Put the dough in a floured bowl and let the dough rise again. Preheat the oven to 475, gently place the dough in a dutch oven and let bake for 30 minutes with the lid on and then 10-15 minutes with the lid off. Now all that is left is to enjoy your delicious bread! 😋
