Finally the painting is done. Took some serious time as some people say I'm a perfectionist. Lol
Now moving furniture and equipment begins next week and then finish up the shoot house and training areas.

This has been the longest 2 weeks of the month I swear. For all those who have not heard yet, we have relocated to a new facility in Cocoa.
We wanted to be able to have a broader reach as a lot of our training clients were out of the North Brevard areas. I have spent the last 2 weeks day in and out all while also working out of town, working on new contract proposals and also trying to find family time, working to get the new location up and ready for all of our clients.
I am working hard to open our doors back up to the public very soon. Our goal is to be completed with all phases by the 1st of October. So here are a few pictures of the crazy stuff going on behind the scenes.

Saturday and Sunday off.

I am putting some feelers out there to see who has friends in places I am not currently frequent to. Please let me know if you have some guidance.
We have relocated our offices to Cocoa, but are looking to find someone with some private land we could potentially do some firearms training on.
We have used plenty of indoor spots, but I want to introduce my students and officers to a more open environment. I know there are some people out there with their own spots setup.
I just need help finding them. Please let me know who you may have contacts with. We will be doing some land stuff in the future, but we are not quite there yet.

This week has been extremely busy. We started a major contract and finished prepping our new office for our ribbon cutting tomorrow.

Space Launch Complex 17 demolition project. Due to the sensitive nature of the equipment being used for this project, we were called in to handle the security until "D" day. My guys were very excited to see this being demolished live on site.

Executive Protection and Media Protection
This one out of all the jobs I have done, was very hard emotionally. When we do these jobs, we do everything we can to not get involved. We are there to accomplish a mission and go home.
But it hit home because this one was not like any other one. The emotions of the people there. The business owners. The families affected. The city itself in ruins. So many people coming together. And also so many people hating each other.
I was also able to see the side of the antics that were being instigated. Watching crowds change right before your eyes. Watching it go from peaceful to hostile in a matter of moments, by the type of people in the crowds.
The pain and heart break I witnessed during this detail will bug me for a long time. But its what we do. Protect those who cannot protect themselves.

Starting today I will be posting pictures to showcase the work we have done over the last 4 years in business.
This picture is from a Workplace Violence detail I had to handle in Ocala, Florida.
Long time employee went crazy and threaten to blow up their clinic. I was called in to provide the security for this group. I was suppose to be there for 3 days during their process.
After realizing my background in investigations and ability to extract information, I was enlisted to dig into the problem itself.
Long story short, I was able to gather enough Intel to know that his problems had been escalating over a 6 week period and no one was reporting the subtle cues.
So I was there for 6 weeks. Helping to get policies and protocols changed, security equipment updated, and even helping the actual employees outside of the facilty at their personal residences.
All while providing a safe environment for them to feel comfortable to be at work.

Today marks our 4 year anniversary. WOW. Where has the time gone. Seems like it was just yesterday I made the decision to jump off that cliff.
This last year, so many of us have been affected by serious change in one form or another. Whether that has been in a loss of work or business, or dealing with tragedy of some sort.
Between family health and loss of business due to Covid issues, I have personally suffered more than I was prepared for.
However, I want to thank my clients and students who have continued to trust in me and my teams.
I also learned that not all business is good business. Sometimes, you have to cut ties with the ones who create drama and intentionally sabotage your efforts.
2021 is going to be a great year for us all. I am looking forward to more growth and partnering with the best to do so.
