Does your Agent do this? We had a client call in a panic this morning with a water leak and a SOAKED carpet. No cleaning company could help until late this afternoon. Our guys to the rescue! Will and Blaine got shop vacs and went to help. After a call to a plumber to solve the water issue, they took up the carpet, got things dried out, then changed out of their wet shoes and back to the office to carry on with their day!
