As the owner of Willamette Valley Estate Planning and Probate, LLC, I am pleased to announce that our office is joining forces with the law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
As you know, I have focused on building my expertise in Estate Planning and Administration for the past ten years. As a member of the Schwabe team, I will continue to focus on Estate Planning and will now be working with a collaborative group of some of the best attorneys in the northwest who practice in many fields of law including: Business, Tax, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Agricultural Law, to name a few.
A small sample of legal help that we can now provide include: business organization and planning, contract development, all types of tax planning and issues, real estate issues, mergers and acquisitions, retirement, medical benefit planning and charitable planning. We will continue splitting time between the Salem and Portland offices as well as making the occasional home visit.
