Bill and his team are truly amazing ! Bill is a man of his word , an honest guy , so nice, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. He’s completed plumbing , replaced a hot water heater , and more work on my house I bought just about two years ago. We then decided to convert from oil to gas since the town was running it on our street. He came and gave me very competitive quotes , I had a comfort level of dealing with him, and his team, so I decided to move forward. The town gave us a date the gas would be complete so I paid for the project in full. The town then fell behind on the project and it took well over six months for them to actually run the gas on our street. Bill kept calling to check in one me see if I needed anything and was eager to get the work completed that was paid for, but we were stuck due to the town. Finally about six months later the gas was FINALLY run and he came immediately to start the work. We are so happy with our conversion we now also have central air. We purchased an 80% efficient furnace the company shipped a 90% in error he installed it and ate the difference !! I don’t know a plumbing company in the world that would do that out of the pure kindness of his heart he cares that much about his customers and didn’t want me waiting for my install and stuck to the date he scheduled to be here . He didn’t want me to wait for my install due to a small glitch. I wouldn’t use another company even if the service was free I trust Bill and his team that much ! Stop scrolling for plumbers you found the company you need you will not be disappointed !
