At a minimum your company has earned 100% of my future plumbing business, and I can't think of another experience I've had with any other company that comes close to the one I had with yours. Not blowing smoke either, I am genuinely blown away. Customer service like that offered by Monica can't be taught, a person has it because it's who they are, and her customer appreciation was genuine and sincere as well. And all of this is just in scheduling an appointment, haven't even got to the service call part yet, which was awesome as well. I've never been in such a hurry to brag about a pleasant experience with a company. By FAR the best thing to happen to me all week, already told two neighbors who I know are in need of your services. Good reviews passed around between neighbors and friends by word of mouth is the best advertising you can't buy. Good show WHM, good show.
