Can't go on vacation so you might as well add more value to your home! π‘ This particular home needed a little face-lift, so we are installing all new siding including shakes in the gables.π¨ The value of the home will go up and it will certainly attract more buyers, if they wanted to sell! π°

New homes are being built daily in the Magic Valley. As a home owner, you should research the type of roofing system you are receiving on your new home. We understand the flooring or the counter tops are WAY more interesting, but.....that roof protects ALL of those things and your family π¨βπ©βπ§βπ§. We just finished up this roof for Castle's Custom Homes and it turned out great!

We run into older homes often in our community. These homes generally need new sheeting, some call it decking, because the old slatted roof is no longer up to code. You can see here our crew is starting to sheet this roof. It is a dangerous process, but it allows the roof to last even longer than before and brings it up to code. π―
