Willow Grove is a locally owned home like, friendly assisted living facility with an environment where you and our residents are always treated like family. Our Executive Director is LeRoy Mattson. LeRoy has a degree in Health Care Administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Our dedicated management and staff strive for high level of standard services and committed to the quality, choice, individuality and privacy of each resident. We are a 20 bed facility and we are capable of providing a full range of services for seniors and older adults. We have 15 private rooms, 5 of which can be shared. Furnishings can be provided at no additional charge when available. We encourage our residents to have furnishings for their custom personal comfort and well being. We accept: ~Long Term Care Insurance ~Limited Medicaid ~Private Pay We are close to Doctor Clinics, hospitals, shipping and many other conveniences. Our dedicated caregivers are available to our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing a full range of services to ensure a high quality of daily living. Good nutrition is an essential part of our care for all clients and our menus are planned with variety, moderation conscious and well balanced. Living Arrangements: We are licensed for 20 residents. We have 15 private rooms, 5 of which are shared. ~Private Studio with 1 bed room arrangement with a window and adjoining private bathroom ~ Studio Apartment is a shared bed room with a window and an adjoining private bathroom Services: ~Home Cooked Meals ~ Daily Snacks ~Medication Management ~Personal Hygiene Assistance ~Dressing & Ambulation ~Ticket Assistance ~Nurse Telegation ~Laundry & Linen Services ~Transportation Ancillary Services: ~Physical Therapy ~Speech Therapy ~Occupational Therapy ~Nutrition Support ~Podiatry
