We have a new process for patients when they arrive at our office due to capacity restrictions. We have the patients wait in their cars until we are ready to room them. Follow the steps below.
You should receive a text the states to text (I'm here) when you arrive at our office. Please make sure you respond to the correct text. You do not want to respond to the text that just tells you that you have an appointment. Please text that number to notify us you that are here and we will call you and check you in. If you do not receive that text please call or come to the door and a receptionist will get your name and phone number and get you checked in. Once the clinical staff is ready to room you they will text you to come to the door.
We do receive a high volume of calls so please come to door if you have any trouble getting through on the phone.

In order for patient safety please read the following before coming to Wilmington Medical.
Our maximum capacity is 50 people. We will be limiting the number of people who enter our office.
If you are not the patient or parent of a pediatric patient please wait in car. We will be having all patients wait in car until they are ready to be seen.
Please call our office if you need to pick up something or when you arrive for your appointment. We will bring what you need to you or check you in over the phone and then call you when you are ready to be roomed.

Wilmington Medical is excited to announce that as of October 1st, we have joined The Christ Hospital. Our facilities will be know as The Christ Hospital - Wilmington Primary Care and The Christ Hospital - Wilmington Pediatrics.
You can look us up on The Christ Hospital website. We will have the same great physicians at the same location. Our phone numbers are still the same. Wilmington Primary Care (937) 382-1616 and Wilmington Pediatrics (937) 382-7168.
If you have an appointment coming up please arrive a little early for your appointment as there will be paperwork to fill out.
If you had a portal account with Wilmington Medical it will be discontinued and you will need to register for MyChart access with The Christ Hospital. If you already have a MyChart with Christ all you need to do is add us to your account.
