This patient had an upper and lower blepharoplasty aka eyelid lift.
We did high definition liposculpture on this patient’s abdomen and flanks Monday and took her foam down in the office today. She had a tummy tuck done by another surgeon several years ago and she was not happy with her final result. With high def lipo, I etched the abdominal wall with vaser ultrasound cannulas and perform advanced liposuction to reveal the patient’s natural 6 pack muscles. We are essentially creating the physique that would otherwise require very aggressive dieting and exercise. In essence, we are decreasing a patient’s localized body fat percentage to a comparative level of an extreme athlete. My wife says “a 6 pack is made in the kitchen, not in the gym.” Well now I can counter “a 6 pack can also be made by a plastic surgeon”! This patient is going to have a fantastic final result that I will show you guys in 3-6 months.

I wish I could claim full credit for her transformation, but the patient played a large role. I did a tummy tuck with liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and inner/outer thighs.
