We are an 80-year-old Hardwoods and Moulding Manufacture. This position is for our Lumber Mill and Moulding Shop in Baxter, TN. Looking for a responsible individual that can take initiative and work independently. Must be able to lift heavy items. Must be trainable, hungry to work and learn how we do things. This job is not for everyone and requires the right individual that can jump to task and assist our management with whatever is needed. Must be organized and have the ability to problem solve. Heavy equipment/Farm equipment operation experience is a major plus. Must have forklift operation experience and have reliable transportation with the ability to be to work on time. This is a full-time job! Lazy people need not apply. We are a drug free workplace. Must have a valid driver’s license. Pay is based on experience.
