Charcoal Blend tile in Spruce Creek
Always rewarding when a customer you worked for calls back after 25 years to ask about getting the roof done again as in this Lake Brantley home
Another Tuskawilla roof on Dyson dr with weathered wood pitched and flat roof
We got our new sign installed
As Hurricane season is getting busy and we continue to lose business to storm chasers and solicitors, keep in mind the drawbacks of signing to allow others to file claims for you, of course those consequences are never mentioned. Getting cancelled and having to pay out of pocket for a failed roof claim in order to find new insurance is the biggest one. Non renewals or rate hikes that can double. Being cancelled from a quality carrier and only being able to acquire insurance from a high risk company. Today’s example- getting turned down three years after Hurricane Irma because your greedy storm chaser tried to extort the insur co for $300,000 when $75,000 was sufficient. Get insurance claim advice from an established local roofer and not an insurance claim co that finds you first. This info is falling on deaf ears
Just as a public service message with all the insurance related questions lately I’m going to list who I think are the better carriers
USAA
Security First
Heritage
Cypress
Southern Fidelity
