Masses of this size, even when removed, will re-occur in the same spot 70% of the time, and often come back more aggressively. This mass is so large that removing it could be complicated. FYI: Wisconsin Department of Transportation February 23 at 5:00 PM · DEADLINE EXTENSION: The deadline to renew expired driver licenses for drivers age 60+ is extended to May 21, 2021. This is due to the continued health risks from COVID-19. Wisconsin DMV estimates the extension impacts about 62,000 Wisconsin drivers. Drivers who need to visit a DMV, such as those age 65+, who cannot use the online driver license renewal, or those needing a REAL ID, can reduce their time in the service center by starting the process online. Our Driver License Guide can be used to make an appointment and fill in the form and submit it electronically ahead of time. Go here: https://dlguides.wi.gov/ Most people do not need to visit a DMV. All vehicle-related services are online (e.g. renew registration, get title and plates).
