ATTENTION ALL TRADESMAN 😎.
I am in search of a master plumber, electrician, or general contractor who is willing to train those transitioning from recovery and working, into a trade. There is nothing wrong with transitioning those from recovery into a coffee shop, etc. but I along with an organization who I cannot YET mention are looking to put together a business/program where people in recovery have an opportunity to get started on a promising career path, in trades. We as the program would essentially run this business, manage employees/trainees, make equipment material purchases, etc. We would feed “said” master tradesman business... you as the master tradesman would be paid well, you would just need to let go of the reigns of running a business. Please tag anyone you think may be interested in sitting down to discuss this.
(Trades we are interested in: Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, General Contractors.)
*We would not place someone new in recovery in this program. Candidates would have to be at a certain point in there recovery to be eligible.*
PLEASE SHARE THIS, IF YOU CAN.
