WJP Engineers provided civil engineering and survey services for the Locust Ridge Wind Farm.
WJP Engineers provided Engineering and Surveying services to NorthPoint Development for the re-development of the former Schuylkill Mall site. Work included consulting services during the demolition of the old mall and utility relocations. Updated survey and site plans were prepared for the new structures, including access, parking, stormwater, and building layout. Land Development plans, stormwater permits, and related state and local approvals were included.
This was a challenging project to re-develop a 40-year-old mall site and bring it up to current standards for the new 1.2 million and 360,000 square foot buildings, as well as providing for the continued use of the remaining business sites, McDonald's, Big Lots, and office buildings.
WJP also provided survey services for construction layout to the site contractor, Clayco, Inc. The 1.2 million square foot building is complete and ready for lease and occupancy.
WJP Engineers updated their info in the about section.
Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
