Commercial Inspection
Buying a commercial building was a stressful process, but Eric gave us the confidence we needed to pull the trigger on buying our commercial building. It’s time to take care of your heating system filter! I find filters like this first one all the time. This one is the wrong size and it’s not enclosed, allowing the system to pull dirty, unfiltered air into their ducts and making the whole system less efficient.
Solution? Find the right-sized filter and if the filter slot has no door just cover the slot with aluminum foil tape for ductwork as has been done here.
With our new Inspection Endoscope there ain't no chimney high enough, ain't no crawlspace low enough, and now there ain't no access small enough to keep us from viewing for you!
Another magical day of inspecting! The client danced a happy dance when this double rainbow appeared.
