Settled, but not settling! After several years of litigation with the general contractor, architect, window manufacturer & numerous subcontractors, all with about a dozen separate teams of attorneys, regarding disputes such as, defective leaks, defective siding, concrete, framing work, windows & sinking portions of a high-end new custom home - the attorneys and staff at Wolff Law Office have finally achieved a very favorable settlement of the protracted litigation over these design defects and construction defects, just before trial! The home, situated on a large lot near the Ocean, was a very unique modern design, which created problems in building and finishing the house. The settlement was for about two million dollars ($2,000,000), with two remaining actions against the roofers & glazing subcontractors still pending. Thank you to our attorneys, office staff, team of design & construction expert witnesses, and consultants for a professional effort & excellent results!
