7 years ago, with very little fanfare, we opened Wolverine Strength and Conditioning. We want to thank all the amazing members we have had over the years that helped make this the best CrossFit and conditioning facility in the known universe. Here are some photos from October of 2013 when we started renovations on the building, construction, and our first classes.
Since 2013 we have had many PR's, created many friendships, saved many lives through fitness, and created countless memories. THANK YOU ALL for hanging out with us for all these years. Here's to another 7 years!

Was going through the old phone today and found some photos of Wolverine being born! Most people don't realize the monumental events that took place during the birth. We took possession of the building on October 1st, 2013. We hosted our first WOD on October 31st! Here are some photos showing the before and after that gave us our humble beginnings. It looked quite a bit different then. There was a lot of sweat and hard work. We all had full time day jobs so most of the work was at night and on the weekends. Our families helped out and tolerated the additional hours while we toiled mercilessly to get open on time. Enjoy!

Happy 72nd birthday to Kevin. He and his wife came in and CRUSHED another workout together. Kevin also knocked out his 72 birthday burpees in less than 6:30 after the 20 minute AMRAP.

One of the best way to combat disease is to keep your self in shape and build that immune system. Help out a friend and introduce them to fitness. But it is professional instruction with little to no weight at the beginning, taking it slow to learn the correct form so you don’t injure yourself, and modifying/scaling any workout so it fits to you and what your body is capable of at that time.
