The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has many people worried, with all of the news, information and misinformation creating an environment of uncertainty. At Women’s Health Consultants, we are committed to keeping our patients and our staff healthy and safe. Be assured that we are taking every measure possible to provide the best care to every patient. We are going above and beyond our current high standard of cleanliness, and are sanitizing frequently touched surfaces, door handles, and objects like clipboards and pens throughout the day. It is our intention to remain open during this time, unless you are notified otherwise.
We also ask that if any of the below apply to you, you contact the office at 248-465-1200 for guidance before coming in for an appointment:
•You have had a fever
•You have had symptoms of a lower respiratory illness (such as cough, body aches difficulty breathing, etc)
•You have traveled to an affected geographic area ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html has a list that is updated as the situation changes)
•You have had close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19
•You have had close contact with someone that is ill, and whose healthcare provider is working to determine if they have COVID-19
•DO NOT bring individuals that may have been exposed or experiencing the above symptoms into the office for the safety of yourself and others.
