Goodbye sweet Wonderground, I hope we can meet again. On Monday the amazing Wonderground gallery closed, be it temporary, or forever I am not sure, but I will miss it all the same. Thank you everyone for your support of the 7 years I was there, I also grateful for the people I met, the amazing cast members and for the amazing opportunity to e a part of such a special place. Until we meet again!

Disney’s #WonderGroundGallery closed today 💔Whether it’s only temporary or for good, I am thankful to have met all of you. I’m going to miss all the amazing artwork created by fabulous artist friends, the fans/friends who traveled to visit me at my signings and #MartinHsuWonderGround Artist In Residencies, and the WonderGround staff who has always treated with warmth and love. And just like that WonderGround Gallery is closed. I actually went to WonderGround yesterday and noticed that the store seemed really bare. They had moved a lot of the Shag Apparel to the Dress Shop which I thought was a little odd. I didn’t think much about it until this morning when I saw that the WonderGround Gallery is now a Star Wars Batuu trading post.

I, like many of the Disney fans out there, really appreciated and loved the gallery- but more importantly all the artists and their visions. I feel like items from Batuu should remain exclusive- isn’t that part of the experience of Galaxy’s Edge? Anyway- if anything-there’s more than enough real estate to have both WonderGround and the trading post.

I just want to say thank you to all the artists- we loved all the signings, release events, random run ins, etc- we will continue to support our favorite Disney artists! I can only hope that this is just a temporary closure due to COVID. 2020 proves to be an even more challenging year.

So the Wonderground gallery at Anaheim Downtown Disney has been changed over to Star Wars Trading Post store with merchandise from Galaxy’s Edge...only thing really selling are the light sabers and crystals
