Hey soccer fans! Wood Creek Dental is sponsoring our second half-time promotion at Greenville Triumph's upcoming soccer match this Friday, 10/2 at 7:00 pm at Legacy Early College Stadium. One fan will be randomly selected and given a chance to win $5000 by kicking a soccer ball through the hole! One fan...one kick...one chance it could be you!?! 🙂
After 35 years of working as a hygienist (8 of those being here at WCD), Margarette Carter is now looking forward to retirement! Of course, we are thankful to know that "retirement" doesn't necessarily mean "good-bye"...she will continue to be available to work and fill in as needed - yay! :) Thanks for serving our patients so well all these years Margarette, and for always being part of our WCD family!
We have openings available this week! Give us a call 864-288-5300😁#woodcreekdentalgreenville #brushyourteeth #beautifulsmile
Such a joy showering Dr. Katie White today with lots of love, as she and her husband, Michael, count down the weeks and days until their first child makes his OR her grand entrance into their lives...into their home...and into their hearts! We can't wait to meet them!
Maybe slo-mo can help us decide!?
And there may or may not have been a little sibling rivalry going on...and perhaps a false accusation!? Decide for yourselves. Was Dr. Philip at fault in causing his sister's team (Dr. Bridges) to lose the Jenga competition...is he guilty of the charge brought against him or innocent?! :) P.S.(don't miss the audio)!

There is a new smile here at Wood Creek Dental (just behind that mask), and it belongs to the latest addition to our amazing team of doctors…Maggie Pahl, DMD. Dr. Pahl is a native of Greenville, graduating from Greenville High School and Furman University before completing Dental School at Lake Erie College of Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Pahl is no stranger to WCD though, having completed an internship here with us in 2013, as well as joining our group on two previous Dental Missions trips to Ecuador. In her spare time, she loves to travel and go hiking with her husband, Kevin, their one-year old son, Kai…and their dog, Scout. She is thrilled to be back home in Greenville – and WE are thrilled to have her officially become part of our WCD family!
The Greenville Triumph will have home field advantage for the 2020 USL League One Final, which is set to be played at Legacy Early College Stadium in West Greenville this coming Friday, October 30th at 8:00 pm. Come out and cheer on our local, professional soccer team. The match will also be broadcast on ESPN+ and locally on the CW62! Although National "Winnie the Pooh Day" may not have been on your radar last week and has come and gone, unnoticed & unrecognized...it seems fitting, nonetheless, to share this timeless morsel of wisdom from such a "silly old bear!" :) Happy Tuesday!
It’s time for another “Who’s Behind the Mask?” spotlight! Meet Stephanie Barrington, one of our Front Desk Treatment Coordinators. Although originally from Kentucky, Stephanie began her career in the dental field as a U.S. Navy Dental Assistant in 1986, working in Arizona and Illinois before moving with her family to the Upstate seven years ago. We are thankful to have had her with us here at WCD for over five years now. She and her husband, Todd, have 4 adult children, 3 grandchildren whom they adore, and one more on the way! Stephanie admits to having a “slight obsession” for Christmas and Christmas trees (decorating at least 8 trees throughout her house…one always military-themed). She also enjoys making and sharing her family’s “secret recipe” sugar cookies, which we are often very happy to receive! 😊
Wood Creek Dental's Dr. Maggie Pahl gets a taste of "voice-over talent" recording...alongside WCD patient and radio talk-show host, Joey Hudson, from 94.5 "The Answer" (WGTK-FM)! :) #MoreThanADentist #LoveYourDentist
Wishing all of our patients, families & friends a very Merry Christmas, full of hope...health...peace...love...and JOY!!! 🎄🎄🎄
It seems only appropriate that our next “Who’s Behind the Mask?" spotlight would be on this hard-working, “behind the scenes” employee, that has been with WCD for 20 years now and is
RETIRING this week! Meet Joyce Harkinson, our Sterilization Technician. Joyce is the “Energizer Bunny” personified … one of the first to arrive and one of the last to leave, she keeps our practice running like a well-oiled machine! She was born and raised in the Upstate, and she and her husband, Will, have two daughters and 5 grandchildren with whom she loves spending time. After living in Florida for 20 years, Joyce has become a Florida Gator fan, as well as a Tampa Bay Lightning ice hockey fan! She enjoys returning to their beaches as often as she can. Running has always been a favorite past time for Joyce, and she even won her age division in two 10K races in the past. We hope she will get to spend a lot more time doing ALL of her favorite things after retiring this week! Thank you, Joyce, for 2 decades of helping make WCD the best it can be. We all love you…will miss you greatly…and wish you a very HAPPY RETIREMENT!!!
