Hike & Stair climb with the acupuncturist! Ask me questions, chat about your health or any topic while we hike & climb. Hike is easy, stairs are a bit more challenging but are optional. After we’ll head over to the the Calabasas Farmers Market for some healthy shopping!
Meet at the trailhead at the very west end of Calabasas Rd past the memory care facility. Bring a hat & water, dress in layers.
Next Saturday, February 15th, Deborah Forman, our registered dietician at Woodland Hills Wellness Center will join us!
