In these times, I carry several in my truck and will wear for all protection. It's a habit we all need to start for the good of all.

mmmgh...
Fine customers waited for me to get back up and going to start their tile job. Wood like tile is main floor and pebbled is the shower so far.
Please everyone, keep an open eye on your water heater, this is the result of an upper unit apartment water heater failure to the lower unit: yes, that droop was from water pooling up in the paint on the wall and ceiling, and peeled off easier than the skin of a banana and the insulation was pouring water out of it.
Ran across this garbage disposer today: this is the bottom of it, anyone see the issue?
If anyone is in need of roofing work, I just had my own done (too high and too much work for this busy guy) by a company called ZSK roofing out of SE WI. They were awesome and really kicked butt on removing 2 layer of asphalt and one layer of shake shingles, redecking the whole thing and getting me seamless gutters! They put in up to 11 hour days to get areas taken care of in this crappy weird WI weather we are having, pretty much 3 seasons in a day. Polite and accommodating and the cost was equivalent to anyone in the area. HIGHLY recommended!!!! Call Troy at: 262-402-8162.
When you see your tree removal specialist doing this, give me a call. I can't fix stupid but can stand by and film it and then do the job right.

I hired a young man to help me do part of a job I was not wanting to do (drywall and finish a ceiling) It became obvious that he wasn't that experienced and I had to get him back to finish it correctly. This morning he came back to the job and was quiet and humbled after being chewed out by me during our previous phone call and text. I thought about it a while when he got there and eventually loosened up and thought "I could be an ass and keep telling how wrong he was was etc, or I could do the right thing and teach him some" I did the right thing, but kept in mind he was not my friend or buddy, and I was paying him for a service to be done to mine and the customer's satisfaction. I had to keep the customer happy and still be professional to save my own back side's reputation. Hopefully he comes away from this experience with a few new lessons. I showed him how to do a few things, explained correct tools and procedures expected and also let him know I had screwed up in my past as well. First step to being a good person and a mentor is to show you are human and that you too once had a starting place in this world. I am still learning at 53.
When your light switch is wobbly and does not work, please call for it to be checked out. Better safe than sorry.
