We are an all-inclusive interactive Web based service provider where the 3.2 million victims of WORKPLACE, harassment, bullying, and unlawful termination have a voice. We are activist for the rights of our brothers and sisters in the LGBTQ community in an effort to obtain Federal protection under Civil Rights, work place laws. We advocate for the millions of mentally challenged working and disabled adults, often unable to stand for themselves in the battle for equality in the workplace. We are a one stop dedicated social service resource, promoting equal opportunity in the workplace.
We are advocate of workplace equality. We believe that there is no room in corporate culture for discrimination, harassment, and bullying. WorkplaceShade believes that there should be justice and equality in all work environments, and that business entities should foster a work environment where everyone, regardless of age, sex, color, religion, sexual preferences, are given equal respect and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
