WorkSuites is proud to announce the launch of our NEW co-working brand – WorkTank by WorkSuites.
Our first concept is OFFICIALLY open on the first floor of our original location in Dallas - 6060 N. Central Expressway.
The new space has been configured to support “Hybrid Coworking” in which members get part-time use of small private offices combined with part-time use of “DailyDesks” which are booked exclusively for one person per day, and are interspersed throughout the center, rather than in a crowded bullpen setting.
“We have seen a dramatic increase in demand for part-time and creatively flexible coworking options as people grow tired of working from home, but don’t want a WeWork-style setting,” shared Flip Howard, CEO.
WorkTanks will primarily be located on the first floor of those buildings and will be accessible from the main building lobby.
In addition to providing to WorkSuites’ coworking members an alternative workspace, they will also serve as a building amenity.
“WorkTank will never replace our core product, which always has been and always will be private, productive, professional offices.” Said CEO Flip Howard.
“WorkTank will augment the locations to which we choose to add them, and provide an alternative space to our Hybrid Coworking and private office members when they are looking for a change of scenery that is more casual and coworky. We have seen several less than successful efforts by workspace providers to try to be all things to all people, and we believe that the best way to cater to different types of customers is with distinct brands and distinct spaces.”
