The doctors and staff of World of Animals Inc. are pet owners too, and our patients are part of the World of Animals family. That is why our veterinary team strives to help educate our clients to understand all aspects of pet health and preventative care. We realize that your pets are a very important part of your family and we are dedicated to keeping them as healthy and happy for as long as possible. At World of Animals at Mayfair our licensed veterinarians, Dr. Tanya Kameneva, Dr. Robert W. Stewart Jr., and Dr. Lino Giampaolo are here to keep your pets healthy and your mind worry-free.
The best way to treat an emergency is to prevent it in the first place. At World of Animals at Mayfair, we strive to provide preventive care to make sure your pet stays well and avoids any unnecessary medical emergencies. Dogs or cats can become infected with a parasite at any point in their life and at World of Animals at Mayfair we will perform an annual fecal examination as a part of a thorough preventive health program. Routine physical examinations, vaccinations and communication between you and your veterinarian will help to prevent problems before they start.

World of Animals at Mayfair is open 7 days a week, including week night hours till 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday hours. We welcome you and your pet to our easy to locate Northeast Philadelphia clinic. You can find directions on our “Contact Us” page. Feel free to email us at any time for a quick and informative response to any question or concerns you may have.
Our veterinarians and staff look forward to meeting you and your furry family members so we may provide high quality health care with convenience and compassion.

To any clients who may have seen a post by a non-client disparaging a veterinarian who has worked for us for 2 years now, about an alleged incident in Florida 6 years ago...as veterinarians, nurses, and CSR’s, we give 100% effort every single day, laying our hearts on our sleeves and always putting your pet first, many times above our own well being when we get home late at night tired, sore, and exhausted. We do this because we love animals and know that you do too. We thank you for your trust in us and we pledge to always do our best. We can’t always control outcomes, but we can give everything we have to help keep your dog, cat, and exotics safe and healthy for as many years as we can. Sincerely, Dr. Stupine Medical Director World of Animals

Yesterday we kicked off Vet Tech Week! Meet our technicians and assistants- our quiet heroes who’s roles are critical to the day to day function of the animal hospital. During Covid-19, our staff has had to adjust to new protocols and responsibilities- and face new risks that make this job more challenging than ever before! They are lab techs, anesthesia techs, dental hygenists, pharmacy techs, and the list goes on.. your hard work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for working tirelessly and so compassionately! We appreciate all you do! (Alfred (left), Eve (top), Kayla (middle), Tiffany (bottom left), Nicole (bottom right))
