For several years now, World of Animals’ Veterinary Hospitals has hosted an annual Pet Costume Contest. For 2020 we are going VIRTUAL! We are looking forward to seeing all the creative costumes you have for your pets: funny, cute or scary!
Please email a photo of your pet in costume to: Mayfair@wofainc.com
Be sure to include your pets name and your phone number in the email and: "Costume Contest" in the subject line too.
Deadline for photo submission is October 27th at 9pm
All submitted photos will then go in a Facebook album on the 28th for sharing and voting. Voting will end November 1st at 9pm.
The pet with the most votes will win a prize basket with goodies for the winning pet and a gift certificate to World of Animals for the winning Pet Parent! Let’s have some HOWL-o-ween Fun!
To any clients who may have seen a post by a non-client disparaging a veterinarian who has worked for us for 2 years now, about an alleged incident in Florida 6 years ago...as veterinarians, nurses, and CSR’s, we give 100% effort every single day, laying our hearts on our sleeves and always putting your pet first, many times above our own well being when we get home late at night tired, sore, and exhausted. We do this because we love animals and know that you do too. We thank you for your trust in us and we pledge to always do our best. We can’t always control outcomes, but we can give everything we have to help keep your dog, cat, and exotics safe and healthy for as many years as we can.

From answering phones and scheduling appointments to being multitasking aficionados and helping the technicians, we appreciate all you do! Yesterday we kicked off Vet Tech Week! Meet our technicians and assistants- our quiet heroes who’s roles are critical to the day to day function of the animal hospital. During Covid-19, our staff has had to adjust to new protocols and responsibilities- and face new risks that make this job more challenging than ever before! They are lab techs, anesthesia techs, dental hygenists, pharmacy techs, and the list goes on.. your hard work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for working tirelessly and so compassionately!
