In this role, you’ll be ensuring all of our guests have the best experience possible. You'll be part of an amazing team who ensures a smooth point of sale process and efficient event traffic flow, while monitoring the safety of our guests and engaging with them to give an unforgettable holiday memory.
You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, use point of sale technology, provide clear information to guests, address any park or guest issues as they arise, escalate any issues as needed, communicate with rest of the team in order to properly address park concerns. Equally important is our staff experience, we want you to have a great time as an employee of WOI. Thus, you will have plenty of support along the way including our Regional Event Manager.
