Old shed came down (we saved the salvageable wood of-course) to make room for a replacement, and new culvert/driveway access to the future produce stand, blueberry, strawberry/pumpkin fields went in. Well we kicked off another splash pad project!
This one has 32 individually controlled nozzles and a 9 weir seat wall. The best part is that the surface of this splashpad is also a map of the Ashley River that includes key locations along the river. This one is a real challenge but is going well.
Chris Campeau and the Seamon and Whiteside team, along with Eric Davis of the Dorchester Parks and Rec., are the design team on this exciting project.

Things are moving forward at the Ashley River Park Splash Pad project for Dorchester County Parks and Recreation.
The splash pad border concrete pour went great today. This water feature will be a splash pad in summer and an educational map in other seasons. This project was fun to design and will be a challenge to build, but our crew is certainly up for it!
