The IRS announced its People First Initiative this afternoon finally providing meaningful relief for taxpayers until July 15, 2020 including: 1-suspending installment agreement and offer in compromise payments;
2-suspending the issuance of liens and levies; and
3-suspending new certifications to the Department of State for taxpayers who are "seriously delinquent".
