My name is Yesenia, and I am a Medical Esthetician and Integrative Health Coach. Anti-aging esthetics has been my life for the last thirteen years, and I first started training in Venezuela, a country known worldwide for its beautiful women and beauty pageant winners. While I was still living in Venezuela, I learned all the major secrets that make Venezuelan women so successfully in beauty pageants, and I have now dedicated myself to sharing those secrets with my clients.
Beauty, of course, is never enough: you need to have a healthy body too. I know all about healthy struggles, receiving a fibromyalgia diagnosis when I was 28. A mystery to modern medicine, fybromyalgia confined me to my bed for an entire month, a month of pains and aches all over my body. Following that, I underwent three years of treatments, including pills that led to countless side effects. I was in bed for more than six months, suffering from depression and losing my ability to concentrate, my energy levels down to nil and my motivation nonexistent. Every moment of the day was a struggle; just moving my body took a great deal of effort. It often seemed like too much for one person to bear, but I pressed onward, resolving to help others to avoid the kind of torture that my ill health had caused for me.
I don’t want anyone ever to go through what I went through – and especially not alone. I know that my health coaching programs can serve as an effective part of your preventive medicine practice, and when used in combination with anti-aging beauty treatments, they are conducive to superb and superior health.
Through it all, I discovered a method for optimizing body health: the Macrobiotic diet. This diet led my body to reset itself and heal, and coupled with other lifestyle changes, I took my fibromyalgia into complete remission after just four months. While each health plan that I devise is different, I introduce this diet to people constantly, pointing toward real anti-aging techniques that work. My anti-aging programs are effective, and I offer them right out of my office in Chicago.
It is my mission in life to help as many people as I can to achieve great health. Because I have gone through bad health myself and because I care about the people I serve, I approach each day (and each treatment!) enthusiastically.
