Introducing Pam Bieber
New Class: Friday 10:30am
“Balancing Effort and Ease”

Pam began practicing yoga in 2001, finding a connection with the flow and grace of the physical poses and their meditative qualities. Learning about yoga’s history and ancient wisdom of The Yoga Sutras” took her practice to the next level of implementing the principles of yoga on and off the mat. Over the years, Pam has relied on these life skills personally as well as professionally during her career in counseling.
Heartfelt gratitude is expressed to Pam’s teachers past and present for sharing their knowledge and guidance. She earned her 200 hour CYI (Certified Yoga Instructor) Certification through the Yoga Art Lounge.
Pam teaches alignment based classes which focus on balancing effort and ease through connecting the mind, body and spirit.

“Balancing Effort and Ease”
Class Description
This is a moderately paced, multi-dimensional yoga class often interweaving a particular theme into the practice. Balancing effort and ease is explored through awareness, alignment and breath. A variety of sitting, standing and balancing poses are practiced to challenge, link and connect the body with the mind.
