You may think that the postpartum period is over 6-8 weeks after you’ve delivered, but when we’re talking about mental health- you’re considered postpartum for a whole year! Whether you’ve just been thrust into the role of Mom or have been wearing the title for a while now... this is an amazing opportunity to check in with yourself and be amongst other moms going through all of struggles and successes that make up any given day. This two-hour workshop will begin with a conversation led by Kate of @roottorisecounseling, and end with a gentle and relaxing yoga practice. The practice will be one that you can do on your own, or with baby.

This Wednesday from 6-7 pm, we will be hosting a live voter registration hour! Come see us to register or to make sure you’re registered, and we’ll take care of the rest! All applications collected will be hand carried to the Travis County registrar office on Thursday.

Our workshop with @roottorisecounseling is coming up! Spend the afternoon fl🌀wing and g🌱owing with us as we learn about triggers, and tools to help us manage anxiety and depression. There will be both a discussion on the topics, and then a thoughtfully led yoga class by Kate McReynolds- licensed counselor and yoga teacher ☮️ This workshop is appropriate for all ages! No prior yoga experience required.

We’ll drop the rolled towel by your head using our *super fancy* tongs for you to place on your forehead, neck or wrist, and have a basket for you to toss them in after class. During Miranda’s 11:11 classes, the flow is a palindrome- the same forward and backwards. We put our pose down, flip it, and reverse it, making for a fun challenge for your body and mind.

IN-STUDIO & VIRTUAL
Inversions are yoga poses where your heart is higher from the ground than your head. Yup! That means Adho Mukha Svanasana (donward facing dog) is considered an inversion! Also Bakasana (crow) and Viparita Karani (legs up/sleeping tiger)! Come play around with these asanas (poses) as well as: Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance), Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), Sirsasana (headstand), and more during our INVERSIONS WORKSHOP this weekend! Whether you’re just starting out or deep into your yoga practice, we promise you’ll have fun while you learn some new tricks and challenges to try out on your mat.

Inversion Workshop
This Friday, come take a perfectly blended BARRE:11 class with Miranda and Shannon- live from Nashville!
If you’re newer to our studio, you may have missed out on the chance to experience one of Miranda’s signature 11:11 classes or Shannon’s famous BARRE class.
During Miranda’s 11:11 classes, the flow is a palindrome- the same forward and backwards. We put our pose down, flip it, and reverse it, making for a fun challenge for your body and mind.
Shannon is known for keeping your body in rhythm with the music during class, and getting you to hold that plank way longer than you thought you could (😏 if you know, you know!). She is so missed, and we’re so lucky to have her Zoom’ing in from Nashville for this offering!
This 90-minute class will mash up these amazing teachers’ styles and keep you smiling while you move around your mat! Want to join but can’t make it to the Live class? Sign up, and we’ll email you the recording to take in your own time.

We will still hold classes with limited attendance, require everyone to wear their mask to their mat, and will continue to clean and sanitize the studio just as we’ve been doing this whole time. We’re not out of the woods yet, and want to continue to support and protect the health and safety of all that come into our place of practice.

We are so excited to be welcoming Miranda and her Dance Party FLOW back to the studio! This unique offering combines FLOW with bursts of cardio and dance to create one awesome way to get your blood flowing and body moving! Miranda's playlists are her specialty, so get ready to move and groove with the best.
This 45-minute class meets every other Saturday at 9:30 AM. Register through your MINDBODY or Yoga Pod apps to save your spot IN-STUDIO or in our Zoom Room.

We’re so excited to officially welcome Sara Heaton to the team! She’s been stepping in to sub HOT and Flow, and once our spring schedule launches, you can find her MONDAYS at 6:30 PM for an All Levels Flow 🤸♀️🤸🤸♂️
〰️Sara is passionate about all things athletic! As a competitive gymnast and cheerleader since the age of 5, she has always been drawn to various types of athletic training and modalities. In 2016 she discovered yoga and immediately fell in love with it. Her daily practice on the mat transformed her physically, and mentally. Her personal growth sparked a desire to share and help others, which is why she decided to teach. She completed the 200h yoga training at Yoga Pod Reno in December 2020. Though new to teaching yoga, Sara has an extensive background in teaching cheerleading and gymnastics all around the world. She brings positive and motivating energy to all of her classes, which tend to be very creative and fun. 〰️
