Our name, Yoga Union Community Wellness Center, expresses our mission: to share the uplifting experience of yoga and wellness among a community gathered in union.
Yoga and wellness lead us to grace and purpose, fostering harmony and connection with others. In relationships, we discover our own mind, body, and soul.
Yoga Union Community Wellness Center is built on a foundation of mutually beneficial relationships. For fifteen years, our friendly staff, trade participants, and volunteers have sustained our commitment to building community by nurturing relationships, being open to others, and remaining true to our core principles:

Services offered include yoga classes: Hot yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, pilates, core yoga, yoga basics classes, free yoga classes, $5 yoga classes, discussions and lectures on yoga philosophy, yoga accessories, yoga gear, yoga instruction, private yoga therapeutics, massage, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, self massage classes, yoga for teenagers, gentle yoga for everyone, chair yoga, yoga for amputees, music and yoga classes, and more.
