Our 22 million dollar verdict against the U.S. government made this week’s Daily Journal Top Verdict. In my 26 years as a lawyer this was the toughest case I have ever tried. At one point the Judge made a comment that he has sent two people to death row but he found this case more challenging. This was a case that no other lawyer would touch and that is exactly what appealed to me.
