On this day last year we lost our friend, coworker, employee... Larry Hicks. 😥 His ornament will still hang on our company tree each year and we will always reference his truch as “Larry’s Truck”.
I love that the owner is never too good to get down in a hole! He’ll grab a shovel, lute, whatever it takes to help. When the top of the company sets an example like that.... everything else reflects it.
