Your Healing Touch LLC is hiring for a scheduler! The scheduler is responsible for maintaining schedules for clients to stay in compliance with doctor's orders. The scheduler is also responsible for maintaining staff and finding coverage. Other responsibilities include being on- call on a rotating schedule, payroll, interviewing, filing client notes into the client's files, and other tasks designated by superior office staff. This is a salary position. Pay will be discussed during the interview.
Experience in management is preferred. HHA or CNA license is required. The skilled nurse scheduler should be able to perform well under pressure. The scheduler should be able to work well with others, have reliable transportation, have a strong work ethic, and be a team player.
