The team at Your Two Eyes Optometry provides the finest eye and vision care to adults and children of all ages in Berkeley, California, from their office in Walnut Square Plaza. Board-certified optometrist Dr. Nadia Samii, OD, is proud to team up with Dr. Lesli Handmacher, OD, at the practice. Your Two Eyes Optometry marks a continuation of Lesli Handmacher Optometry, Berkeley’s oldest female owned optometry practice, which has been serving the East Bay for 40 years.
The team at Your Two Eyes Optometry looks at eye and vision care as just one key part of maintaining overall health. The team provides preventive care for the eyes and entire body, educating patients on systemic health and nutrition to support the best possible patient outcomes.
Drs. Samii and Handmacher bring expertise and experience to eye care management, whether it’s treating dry eye syndrome, pink eye, and eye allergies, or diagnosing conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. The team takes a preventive approach to eye care and ensures each patient is informed about their condition and can participate fully in their treatment.
With a full-service optical, Your Two Eyes Optometry offers a wide selection of prescription glasses and contact lenses. The selection of contact lenses includes soft lenses, rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses, multifocal, monovision, and astigmatism correction, while the selection of eyeglasses includes progressive lenses and computer glasses for every job type and prescription sunglasses for every outdoor activity.
Your Two Eyes Optometry strives to be part of the vibrant Berkeley community, which means making quality eye and vision care available to all, including those without access to health care. The practice encourages patients and members of the community to reach out if they or someone they love is in need so they can provide the best resources for eye health and eye care.
