Jessie Zalla and her teachers are dedicated to body work and keeping the body healthy, strong and fine-tuned. Pilates classes are up to 5 people on the tower and reformer machines. Cardio-Barre classes include a standing workout, arm weights, Pilates mat work, stretching and balancing. No class is exactly the same and every class will challenge you to connect to both body and mind.
