We are delighted and amazed by the work done by the crews of Zara Construction following our extensive house fire. We admire their professionalism, their skills, their talents, their work ethic, their honesty and their respectful guidance. When they left yesterday after the final touch ups we were a bit wistful. We will miss them. Our project manager, Chris Pore, steered and led us on a journey complicated by COVID. He continually communicated with us and always returned our calls. He masterfully guided us and listened to our ideas and concerns. When problems or delays arose, he told us about them and always had a way to solve the issue. Site leader Ryan Strickler and all members of the crews were kind and courteous. We asked many questions and each was answered with grace and kindness. Because of their expertise we now have a home we hope they are as proud of as we are. Our neighbors and friends cannot believe the transformation. Many of our neighbors have commented on your work ethic, as well as that of the subcontractors you engaged. Thank you, Chris and Ryan and all of the Zara crew members. We already miss you!

Historic Kingwood Center Gardens is the setting for our fall Pour One Nine Beerfest. This years event will be Friday, October 30th, 2020. General Admission is 5:30pm to 9pm. VIP Early Entry is 4:30pm to 9pm.
We will feature over 20 fall brews and wines from around Ohio along with jack-o-lanterns, cigar garden, live bands and great food. We have been working closely with the local health departments for make sure this event is a safe and fun environment for all. Face masks will be required at event.
