They advertise their messages through TV, radio and print. They pay for national campaigns and overwhelm your media intake to make you believe they are your only option. However, the most intelligent of us know that is simply not the case...
Your independent pizzerias know we cannot compete with the messege of the large entities. We invest all of our knowledge into what goes in the box, not on it. We offer real solutions to the quest of quality pie, not empty promises.

My fellow Americans,
As the election draws ever closer and the ads, mud-slinging, name calling, and forced opinions reach their apex, I would like to remind you that at the end of this cycle we will still be neighbors.
However this things ends, we will need to find a way to work together as citizens of our own community and not waring tribes from Washington D.C. No election will release you of your obligation to be a decent human being to all people, no matter if they like pineapple on pizza or not.
At the end of the day, we have more in common by liking pizza, to be divided by the toppings we choose. From a frozen pizza at the grocery store to a deep dish served by Lou's in Chicago, all serve a purpose in nutritional value to those who eat it.
In conclusion, no matter how the election turns out, we are all in this together. Don't let the division in a city hundreds of miles away destroy the great things we can accomplish together right here in Oshkosh.

Friday, December 18th
11-4 - Small business gift certificate drive through. Come and shop small buy purchasing gift certificates from local businesses in our parking lot. We are asking any businesses that wish to participate to donate 10%-15% back to the Oshkosh Kids Foundation.
5-5:30 - little speech by the Oshkosh Kids Foundation and a performance by the Lourdes Madrigal Singers(probable, but not yet confirmed) then we will be showing White Christmas on the big screen.
The movie will be broadcasted through FM radio as well as speakers. This will be a distanced event following covid saftey guidelines.
Thank you all for making this happen. Please reach out if you want to sell certificates or sponsor the event and help us raise some money for the Oshkosh Kids Foundation!

Ok Oshkosh...here's the deal. We want to do one more Free Drive in event showing White Christmas (1954) through Fox City Flix along with a holiday gift certificate market. However, times are tough for us as it is for them, and to do it we would need sponsors.
We need to come up with $1,500 total. Whether it be one big sponsor or multiple small ones. If we can get a commitment by this Wednesday, we can pull it off on Friday, December 18th.
We would also like to open this up for some other small businesses and have a holiday market. We are looking for restaurants and other businesses to sell gift certificates. We are asking that you please donate 10%-15% of your sales to the Oshkosh Kids Foundation. They desperately need the help as well.
The Market will run from 11AM-4PM. Parking for the movie would start at 4:30, and the movie at 5:30. What do you say Oshkosh, can we do this?

I'm not a Democrat or a Republican. I'm not a politician. I am running for office. I'm a hard working citizen. I'm running as an independent for a non-partisan office.
I won't be polished. My speech and announcements won't be sanitized by a PR firm. I won't shut someone out because we disagree. I won't lie to you. I'm not going to focus only on the 20% that show up in spring elections. I'm not going to run a dirty campaign. I won't let politics change me. I'm hoping to change politics.
I'm going to tell you what I think, not what I think you want to hear. I'm going to listen...a lot. I'm going to study both sides of a situation. I'm going to engage the 80% that normally sit the spring elections out. I'm going to make mistakes. I'm going to keep learning. Most of all, I'm going to work hard for all of you.
I'm not trying to win my seat. I'm trying to earn trust to be elected to your seat. I don't have a large fund to help me get elected. Money does not vote. People vote. I will need your help. They pay will be terrible (volunteer) and the hours long (lots of doors). We can win this election. We will win this election. Help Winnebago County by putting me to work.

When it snows, the roads are slow and many people order delivery. It will take a little longer and it will not arrive as hot as you are accustomed to.
We made a post stating the delays to be expected and a limited few were nasty about it. In return, a few of our customers were also nasty defending our business. As much as we appreciate you having our back, we want to let you know to push the positive instead.
2020 has seen its fair share of trolling. Let's try to make 2021 a little better. We have to start coming together. If you don't like our pizza, that's ok. There are plenty of excellent options for you in this amazing city!

Uber Eats and Grubhub have activated our menu without our permission once again. I think we will be taking a page from a fellow pizzeria's playbook.
We employ our own drivers and our food is way more affordable than what they are selling it for without our permission.
Grubhub Uber Eats .... you have been put on notice, which is more than you gave to us.

Hello friends. I’d like to let you know that we do not now, nor have we ever done business with Grubhub even though they keep putting us up on their service without our permission. I have asked multiple times to be removed. They have an old outdated menu of ours and because of this, customers keep ordering items we do not have.
So I ordered food through them from our own restaurant tonight. You’ll see that I paid $72.26 for two pizzas, one we no longer offer. The second receipt is what grubhub paid with their credit card when they arrived to pick up the food. It costs $23.73 more to order the same items from GrubHub.
So frustrating. Finally tonight we started charging a “grubhub service fee” of $50 to their company card when they came in to pay. It finally got their attention and they agreed to remove us. We’ll see how quickly that happens.
The last thing we want to do is disappoint folks because they are ordering food we don’t have on an unauthorized third party system, then waiting to find out they can’t get it.
Anyway- give us a call or order online. We’re happy to take your order and deliver it.

I fully understand the convenience of this. It's awesome to go on one site and scroll through and choose where to order from. So....why not simply recreate that?

-Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability
-Primary responsibilities include delivering food in a safe and timely manner. Answer phones and take orders. Cut/box deliveries.
Must have reliable vehicle and car insurance.

Monday is a holiday to honor MLK. This is one of my absolute favorite people throughout history. Yes, he had his faults. He knew his faults. That's one of the reasons he was so amazing. He didn't tell you to be like him, he asked you to be a better human.
On this day of remembrance, please take some time to listen to at least one of his speeches in its entirety. Your feeds will be filled with snippets, some taken out of context to push an agenda or philosophy. Take in the whole message and listen openly to what he is saying.
He understood anger and still pushed love. He did not say we couldn't judge each other, but demanded that we do so based of the content of character and not the color of their skin or social standings. He knew there were evil people and still worked hard to change their hearts.
His dream is still very much alive in me. His cause still championed. I will continue to push for justice and love of my neighbors, no matter what they believe and look like. I will also stand against any hate as there is plenty to stand against today.
People tend to fear what they do not understand. Fear leads to hate. Hate almost always comes from misunderstandings. Get to know people that are different than yourself. Together, we can still climb toward that mountain top.

We have one case left of our pizza tables, the little bit of plastic that comes in the middle of your pizza. We are almost done with our development of our new process using little baked pizza dough box spacers.

In an attempt to watch the waste we create, we got rid of the plastic pizza table and replaced it with an edible baked dough ball. In this effort, a customer suggested that we have an option to skip the fork to have even less waste....🤯.
