These are extraordinary times that seem to be changing on a daily if not hourly basis. While we all deal with this on a personal level with our family and loved ones we are also dealing with difficult situations at work. At Zeeland Collision we are closely monitoring the evolution of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We also understand that as there are people who have to be on the road and that accidents may happen so we are committed to staying o
pen for as long as we are permitted to do so in order to support our customers’ needs.
The following policies and procedures have been in put in place by our company to make sure that we keep our employees and our customers safe:
- Anyone that is sick has been asked to stay home from work in case the illness is related to the coronavirus
- Whenever possible, we are limiting contact, including handshakes. We are also completing updates and providing communication to our customers by phone and email.
- We have taken additional precautions and enhanced our cleaning process across our shop and office.
We will continue to operate under normal business hours where permitted, but will inform you if we are forced to reduce hours of operations due to changes with any Federal or State requirements.
We thank you for your business and continued support and we will continue to do our best to help support customers’ needs and work hard at getting your cars back on the road. We look forward to serving you and we hope that everyone remains safe and healthy during these difficult times.
We have been getting more and more calls for our towing service and lock out services. Please keep in mind, Zeeland Collision/towing can tow your vehicle, change your tire when your stranded, and even open your doors if you lock your keys inside. All this stuff happens to us, so next time you need any road side service, or lock your keys inside your car in the parking lot or wherever, give us a call and we will be glad to help you. Good Afternoon! Its been a crazy busy week for us, especially with me being gone for a week, I had a lot to be filled in on. I just wanted to highlight a few things for everyone, first being a truck we repaired that was wacked really good in the front end. I posted some before and after pictures so you can see the finished product. This one took a lot of measuring, and straightening of the frame, but It looks pre- condition, and is back on the road. I would also like to remind anyone who wants a detail conducted on their car to give us a call, and set that up. Details include shampooing the interior, and cleaning all the cracks and crevices. on the exterior we will buff, polish and wax it for a superior long lasting shine. And don't forget the engine bay will also look new! please contact me with any questions, or comments. We work off all estimates, and can deal with all the insurance companies out there. Good morning, and happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great and safe weekend. For the most part it was beautiful, but Sunday got a little windy out there. Just a friendly reminder that we are doing hand washes in house this week. You may wait here and drink coffee with us for the 10-15 minutes it would take us to wash your car. Another quick reminder is that we conduct free estimates all day, and accept any insurance estimate. We will also price match any estimate, or re-write it to see if we can do better!
