First Cash Pawn called us for a large mold remediation projection. As with any mold job an IEP was brought in for baseline testing and protocol. Large counts of aspergillus and penicillium, commonly found outdoors, were found in large amounts inside. Roof leak was repaired, all the customer items in the pawn shop were scrubbed down with a moldacide, as well as multiple air scrubbers and dehumidifiers used to clean the air.
