Restaurateur Roberto Paciullo has brought his famous Arthur Avenue brick oven pizzeria Zero Otto Nove to the Flatiron District. From the piazza-like atmosphere to the authentic Italian food, eating at Zero Otto Nove feels like visiting Italy. With full lunch and dinner menus as well as an extensive wine list, Zero Otto Nove has something special for all pizza lovers. The 12 pizzas available feature all the classics, but there are also more unique options such as "La Cirilo" which has a butternut squash puree, cream of truffle, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella. All the ingredients Paciullo uses are fresh and organic – the tomato sauce is made only with tomatoes from the San Marzano region in Italy and the pastas are all homemade. The meat and fish are brought in from Arthur Avenue, New York's real Little Italy. The atmosphere is truly Italian – a wood-burning brick oven imported directly from Naples sits in the middle of the restaurant and diners sit at long, wooden, farmhouse tables. From the pizzas to the bistecca Salernitana, Zero Otto Nove transports everyone back to the old country.
